STAY AWAY - Choose a transparent medical aid!

<p>I switched to Momentum because the cover appeared comparative and the multiply benefits fantastic.</p> <p>Its one thing advertising the benefits but being actually able to obtain ANY is a whole different story.</p> <p>First month, the system showed on the tracker i was on R450 only to receive nothing at the end of the month. When queried, they mentioned i hadnt completed the health assessment and therefore was not entitled which is cleverly hidden despite them showing you the amount you will receive back.</p> <p>Second month, i complete the health assessment and still get nothing back despite yet again being shown how much benefit i will receive. </p> <p>Go with discovery vilaity, where you actually do get benefits.</p> <p>Very tempted to change back to Discovery.</p> <p>All these issues make me think what they hiding in terms of actual medical cover and if something goes wrong.</p> <p>Definitely would not recommend Momentum Health - i was warned before joining that someone had issues claiming and iv had issues within the frst 2 months.</p>
