<p>I submitted an application for medical aid for my mum. She is unemployed with no income and therefore qualifies for low rates. I submitted statements and affadavits to confirm her income. Momentum seems to think she is earning an income. I explained via email that any amounts coming into her account was from myself to buy groceries for the household and to save for a new coach. Since we live together this is not her income\expense and therefore it is unfair for momentum to factor this in. I corresponded on the 13th of June. To date there is no response...</p>
