SO MOMENTUM ARE ON HOLIDAY AND DONT AUTHORISE AND I GET BILLS THAT ARE RUNNING OUT OF MY EARS :( WHAT A REDICILOUS MEDICAL AID.

<p>So on 25 December 2016 i fo to emergency ward at a Associated Hospital Within my Medical Aid...</p> <p> </p> <p>They want to admit me due to severe chest pains and Nausia. (Doctors were Scared of it being a Heart Attack). Can you believe that the Flippen Medical aid is not available for Authorization.... Hospital send me for Chest exrays etc etc etc and i Get these Bills and Overdue Calls from all the Docs and Lancet...</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i ask you if MOMENTUM is on Holiday, and i am literally about to have a Heart attack, how can there be nobody to Authorize for me to be admitted. Then the Hospital comes to me with a Form requesting R16500.00 Deposit.... I then obviously dont have that kind of money and the doctor tells me that should i not feel better i should come back or Alternatively go see a State Hospital.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never in my life been more humiliated, the lady next to me in the Emergency ward also gets admitted.DIFFIRENCE DISCOVER ANSWERS AND AUTHORIZES!!!!!!!! There she gets wheeld out to her Ward and i have to IN pain might i add drive myself home.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want answers and i want those bills sorted out. If i dont get covered for emergencies,What the hell am i paying for a medical aid for!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Momentum Better get hold of me as soon as possible and sort this out with all of the Claims that they have rejected. INHOSPITAL Treatment and Medical care MUST BE COVERED!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Seems i shoud never have gone onto Momentum if this is the service one receives from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Truely and utterly disgusted!!!!! Lets see if i even get feedback today</p>
