so dissapointed

I have cover with this medical aid and want to do a chest Xray. All the hospitals refuse it on the basis that the Ingwe Health option does not pay for that service, they keep telling me they do. It's been 5 visits to different radiologists and still no service. So I'm being **** to by the medical aid and I don't understand what I'm paying for.I ended up paying up for the chest x ray and sent a claim still they tell me they wont refund because they want statement from the radiologist when i have sent the receipt and the name of the radiologist
