SHOCKING SERVICE FROM MOMENTUM MEDICAL AID!!!!

Ive been trying for two weeks to get a "CONSULTANT" to get back to me. I Had someone by the name of Bradley that helps with all my stuff, but he's moved into managment and now no-one gets back to me. I have spoken to about 5 different consultants one who's name was Sue, they all tell me that they will cal me back and email me the lists i need yet not one single person has gotten back to me. THIS IS A CRYING SHAME MOMENTUM !! I moved from discovery cause i thought momentum was better, i now see what a terrible mistake i made. I can't even count on my medical aid that i pay for every single month to assist me with documentation i need ( a list of gyne's and hospitals that I'm covered for) I mean really ! how hard is that!!
