SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
SHOCKING SERVICE!!
I am DISGUSTED at the service received, every time I need to contact them for something its a BLADDY PAIN! I requested now 3 times to be contacted and they just refuse, send me emails with docs not attached, things are not properly explained and what seems to be a simple process is just a NIGHTMARE plus what you ask for you just don't get! So glad I am changing medical aids just wish things work out on my end so that I do not have to deal with them anymore!!! WORST "SERVICE PROVIDER" I have ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!!
