Service lines not working

None of the contact numbers are working! I went to the doctor only to wait for an hour and be told that they could not reach momentum to get an authorisation number. I don't understand how all contact numbers could just not be working. I really need to see a doctor and it is really inconvenient to have to go to the doctor's office and not get the healthcare I need.
