Saying Patheticall service is being nice

<p>I actually wish I could give minus stars. Your service has downgraded to a very poor level if it wasnt a requirement to take medical aid with you we would rather take our money else where we will not have to send email after email after email with requirements that are outstanding and do phone calls after phone calls to still find out we have no medical aid because after sending the requested requirements you still somehow lack to have it. What type of service is this ?? Really ? Should I fax it or should I send a telegraph? What is it that we must do so that you will get the requirements and give is cover and stop asking for the same requirements. If this is the poor service quality we have before cover with you i do not want to know how it will be when covered with you?! We will probably need life saving surgery and get a letter at our funerals that you have only after death got a request for the surgery and you will look into it now</p>
