Savings Refund

<p>im extremely disgusted in the manor momentum works.</p> <p> </p> <p>My medical aid was cancelled over 6 months ago and was informed that my savings will be refunded in November and was told to call in November. i call on the 4 Novemnber and was told payment will be released with in 5 to 7 wotking days my ref ********** 25 . I called back on friday 18/11/16 informing that payment was not released and was informed that payment was released but payment will reflect monday 21/11/16.</p> <p>I call today 22/11/16 informing payment still has not been recived, i was informed that there was an error on with my payment and it will take a futher 3 days to release payment. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, i have asked Leonie Houston to put me through to the highest manager and was refused.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can this be escolated to the CFO, CEO or GM.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
