THE RUN AROUND YET AGAIN!!!

It's disappointing to know that after I was connected regarding my last complaint, where promises were made to me that by today I would've gotten my refund, and till today I have not gotten my refund on a claim I made almost two months ago, which in this particular case I was then informed that Cynthia (from the Claims department who was meant to attach my reimbur*****t form-person responsible) did not submit my reimbur*****t form to the Finance Department for them to release the payment as advised, and Elton was the person I last spoke to after my rejection on the claim that i submitted the 1st time and being the same person that raised or rather escalated it to claims depratment(unreliable). Now, taking into Consideration that this has been on-going since June, it is now August, and even so, Cynthia did not attach my re-imbur*****t form, why was I not informed of the delay?

I find this highly unprofessional that so many people that I spoke to even before/after my 1 st claim was rejected and calling non-stop as well, for someone to help me, that even today I am still told that 1 person left out a very important document that allows the payment to go through, did not do their work, and these are the same people that the company trusts to do their job, but yet it is still not done.

I have been given the run around, and I really hope I get help this time.

Please can somebody do the right thing. Anyone?
