Response time shocking

<p>Good day. Am trying to resolve a few claim queries and the turn around time and poor communication is really annoying me. Have even filled the form in on website and no response even though you promised contact within a day. Numerous emails sent and one claim query has been answered but incorrect reason given, So frustrated. Please call me to discuss.</p>
