Regretting changing to Momentum health

I just switched over to Momentum from Discovery, it feels like we have downgraded by 1000%. Our financial adviser convinced by explaining the health wallet works on a 1:1 basis, so if I apply for the R1000 credit and receive it, I pay R1000 per month so each month I will receive basically R2000 to use. I asked him about 6 times re this statement, he said the same thing over and over, it is the end of Jan and I go into Dischem to pick up meds and I don't have money in my health wallet. My medical shows a non member match, I also try to do my health assessment at the clinic, both mine and my husband's nos are non member matches at Multiply and we have to pay. Our premium has gone off already for January but we couldn't get meds. I have asked so many times how the health wallet works, to date no one has explained properly to me. I recall a smooth transition from Bank Med to Discovery so many years ago but changing to Momentum is horrifying. I am now thinking of going back to Discovery. At least I know I am actually covered.
