Register with Trans Union

I am disgusted that after having Medical aid with momentum for so long and not missing a payment they debited my account and i saw the debit order was returned in December. They never notified me that they were not paid and went and registered me as a bad payer with trans union. This is the first time i have seen that a payment has not gone through and now my credit score is bad. This is pathetic service.
