Refusing to pay PMB
Extremely poor service. 1st you don't want to pay for bloodtests done in hospital because usually another blood test is done before requesting the ones that were done and 2ndly now you dont want to pay for a PMB co-payment with some lame excuse. Not to mention how many times I had to phone back to get claims paid.
