Refusing to pay an emergency claim
On Sunday, 07th FEB 2021. I was involved in an accident as someone drove into me. I was rushed to hospital as I'm 36 weeks pregnant & they wanted to make sure myself & the baby didn't get injured. We went straight to the Emergency Centre so they can help me immediately. Two days later I was informed by the hospital that the claim was rejected, I can't believe that Momentum are refusing to pay this claim seeing that it was an emergency. So disappointed...……
