REFUSE TO PAY PMB CONDITION

Good day,<br> Authorization was granted 26 May 2015 (Clive) for my gastroscopy procedure. He requested another motivation letter from Specialist, Dr Bezuidenhout, which Momentum got in time, then an authorisation number was approved. Seeing time passed, now Momentum REFUSES to pay this, their excuse: my plan does nor cover this peocedure. BUT THIS IS PART OF TREATMENT FOR MY PMB CoNDITION, which was confirmed by this Specialist in FEB 2015. All acc related to this condition have been paid by Momentum. The Specialist rooms sent me an sms yesterday, they are going to put my name on ITC !! This is really disgusting. My broker emailed Momentum 8/9/2015 enquiring about this payment. Up till this date, 15 Sep she had NO REPLY from Momentum. I regard this as very bad swrvice & communication from Momentum's side. It looks as if Momentum still refuses to acknowledge & register my PMB condition which penalises the patient, totally. I request settlement of this outstanding bill immediately PLEASE.<br> ALIDA HENNING
