Refusal of service from momentum hello doctor

Was not feeling well today and requested a call via Momentum app hello doctor. A very rude doctor called just to inform me that she would not be assisting me coz its ‘already late in the afternoon’ and due to me receiving a script last week for a UTI!! Is this service not 24/7!! Is one only allowed to get sick one! What absurd kind of service is this momentum hello doctor! What kind a doctor takes an oath only to refuse a patient. I am definitely reporting this to the hpcsa and I want all the doctors details.
