refusal of admittance number

<p>I was rushed to hospital with ****** bleeding and the emergency rooms doctor phoned a surgeon and specialist and asked what he suggests, he suggested that I be admitted asap and be operated on but the momentum decided to pull a stuck up and not give authorization until they have sent different papers to doctors that dont even know me for a medical history! All the people that heard about it was shocked as it has never happened to anybody not even after joining only a couple of months ago. So a whole day passed, momentum leaving me to bleed as they want things done their way first! I am shocked at this because loosing blood is no joke but to them a clients life obviously means nothing. They just want their money monthly. I am truely dissapointed in their service, care and the way they speak to sick patience! I still havent received a auth number and its been 2 days of bleeding!</p> <p>I will truely send a letter to the medical aid board! </p>
