Refund from Multiply

I resigned from Multiply at the end of August giving a month's notice. They still deducted a premium for October which should be refunded to me. I worked through Trulogic, my broker, and the only answer I get all the time is that it will be refunded by the end of the week, which never happens!! What else must I do to get my money back?
