Refund from Momentum Health4me

Having a bad experience with Momentum Health4me. Last year July I put my husband and two kids in my medical aid. Only to find out in January 2023 that I'm the only one in a medical aid and I was deducted from July 2022. I started to query it in February 2023 but they were still deducting until September 2023. Now when I ask for my refund because my dependent are not in the medical aid they giving me run arrounds. I will not recommend it to anyone. And I want my refund as my dependent was not added.
