Refund

My son went in for minor stitch procedure at Dr Comfort on the 29th of April 2021 which I was told that I need to pay and claim with my medical insurance.

Claim was sent to momentum and attached all required documents on the 07 May 2021 till date I have not received my refund as requested, I have to constantly follow up with them and keep promising me that payment is captured.

It’s been waiting for approval from the finance team for more than 2 weeks now firstly was assisted by Gugu ref *** who said that their turn around time is 14 business days it’s way over that and the consultant I spoke with this morning promised ref *** said it will be done before 11:00 and that she will get back to me it is now 13:00 and I am still waiting for her to get back to me still.

I have been on hold now waiting to speak to someone superior been holding and on the line for 37 minutes, Can I get my refund and not this pathetic service from you guys.
