I do not understand. At the time of signing up I did not have this condition. Now when I need to go to the clinic for a condition that I've only come to known about a week and a half ago, we must get my doctor's not fill in medical forms. I am sick for goodness sake. Why didn't you ask me for this patient history at the time of sign up?
