****py medical aid doesn't care about its clients

We recently app**** to have our medical aid plan down graded to a more affordable option and one which would suit our needs after the birth of our child.

Cover is important and the only way we can maintain cover is to ensure that we have an option which is affordable to us, especially now after the additional costs incurred as well as the rising prices of everything due to the fuel price increases and lower increases received at work.

Our request to lower our option, was motivated by an affordability reason, which was ultimately declined without any further comment or assistance.

Don't believe them when they say you can downgrade at anytime.

So the only option is to either go hungry, not buy formula and pay the medical aid, or not have cover and start the hunt for a better medical aid where we will surly pay penalties due to the ****py way the industry is designed.
