PROMISES AND LIES

I don't even feel like posting 1 star. I have made payments consistently every month, while on Momentum. I never needed to make a claim in the time I was a member. The first time I tried to claim, I spoke to them first and was told to go to the hospital, as I only had hospital cover. I'd had 2 nasty falls in a matter of days and couldn't walk. A few days after my visit, all the bills kept coming to me, as unpaid. So much for being told where to go. All the bills I have received, are each close to one month's contributions. This is ludicrous. What on earth was I paying for? I think it's a new thing, to gladly deduct large sums of money, from members, but give them absolutely nothing in return, except the termination letter. I won't be recommending this company to anyone. I am highly disgusted and disappointed.
