Principal member ****up!!!

Shocking to say the least! I changed principal member details and they changed the membership number and just found out that I'm owing 7k how on earth does that even work. If i didn't ask the consultant I wouldn't have known that myself and my wife are not covered. Now that's really shocking. been with you guys for four years now and this is by far the worst thing. After complaining the consultant asked me if "That's All!" I mean what the hell!!! Shocking service.
