Prescribed minimum Benefit condition not paid

Good day,<br> <br> I sent through an invoice dated 19/11/2015 to the amount of R1800, with an ICD-10 code clearly indicating a Prescribed Minimum Condition. I even pointed it out as such (being a PMB condition). Today I received communication that it will not be reimbursed back to me with no explanation as to why.<br> <br> Please revert urgently with feedback - this is unacceptable.
