Post deadly car accident astoundingly bad service!

I was in a pedestrian/motor vehicle accident in septemeber 2015. A drunk driver lost control of his car and drove into me as i walked home on the pavement. To date most of my hospital bills, walking aids and physiotherapy, to mention a few have not been paid. I am still recovering. Instructions given by people in their offices after physical visits were followed and now they have decided they do not pay for this that and everything. Yet under the prescribed minimum benefits that i qualify for because it was a car accident and I was not at fault, they are supposed to pay! We have written, we have called, we have visited their offices to no avail. Now lawyers are calling me daily for bills unstlettled of over R100 000! I am an international student studying in south Africa who must have medical aid in order to register for my studies. They advertise it for students but my experience has been a teacher. Terribly disappointed and upset. I would not recommend this scheme to anybody or anything!
