Poor service and time wasting

From August 2015 till date I've been waiting for my membership to be activated and each time I get another response. I gave all necessary documents. The service they provide is beyond pathetic. Do unemployed students part-time or full time pay the full premium? Worse part is they tell me they calculated fromyou tuition fees transfered by my parents into my account that I get paid above R2000. So much time wasted I'm sure by now I'd be fully covered if I had chosen another medical aid. I wonder how people who took their retirement planot with them will or how they cope. The service I got is appalling. Time wasted, it's too stressful
