Poor service

I would like to complain I sent a request four hours earlier to have my vists unlocked I waited four hours the doctor when I finally got the call the other person on the other end they saying nothing. I get another call the doctor is mocking me by laughing at me and telling me I should get a pen to write the reference down I asked them to send me via text they telling me I should ask the receptionist at the doctor to give me a pen. Never use this medical aid I am so frustrated that time I am weak need to see the doctor urgently
