Poor service
I got a Medical aid but it's not meeting my expectations. Momentum got a poor service I got about R6000 health saver in my account. But it you had for this medical aid scheme to admit my son. I had to pay the hospital to get my son to be attended in the hospital. When I submit the proof of payment to claim my money back from my health saver account. I was told about wrong codes used. Maybe I should cancel this Scheme to get my savings on my bank account. And join different medical aid

03 Apr 2018, 13:04I'm very disappointed with momentum health medical scheme. I submitted my claim on the 11th last month but still it not been paid to me. I tried phoning the call center still not getting help. Very disappointing workmanship this company poor service
