Poor Momentum Gap cover

This is directed at momentum Gap cover which I think actually falls under Guard risk short term insurance. I have been trying to add this product onto my medical aid. No one phones me back after I indicated on email that I want to activate the product. I phoned the call center and eventually got through to someone who I will not name as I think he was not trained very well. I now sit with the issue of should I still try persist to get medical cover like this in the hope it will go better when I need it or do I look else where. Just seemed simpler to have it added onto my existing portfolio but it seems not
