Poor and unprofessional Service in PRE-AUTH DEPT

Very disappointed in the extremely poor service of the pre-AUTH dept. for a hospital admission for my daughter MA STEYN

They take three days to respond and still no AUTH number and the lack of empathy and professionalism is bad. How about saying these are the codes that we will cover on the plan Mr Steyn instead of saying let me see what other codes for this procedure we wont cover. Turn around times extremely poor and nobody responds even if you lodge the complaint on the wensite.

Will certainly move both my daughters back to Discovery soon.
