Physcian Specialist

I called to ask for assistance with a specialists that takes my medical aid, the agent referred me to the GP I visited which was useless cause all the specialists they have do not take my plan. The number I called for momentum is a customer which specifically states they you can call for specialists referral amongst other benefits , so I was shocked when they referred me back to the GP. I do not blame the agent, but the false adverti*****t done by the company on the website.
