Pensioner Complaint again Product that was sold to her

The below person was the sales consultant to sell the momentum health medical aid to my mom. Sales Consultant: Polly Motkolo ( ********** My mom has had endless concerns and problems related to the product sold to my mother. Since Polly made her sale, she has ignored my mom's calls, emails and messages left for her.

CLEARLY SINCE POLLY MADE HER SALE AND COMMISSION, SHE DOESN'T GIVE A DAM ABOUT AFTER SERVICE TO OUR ELDERLY.

My mother is an elderly lady who requires specific service, including chronic medication, she was sold a Momentum Ingwe. after 3 months waiting period she can now see a GP, now mom was told she she must wait 1 year to see specialists or get chronic medication. This is not right, an elderly lady without her medication for a year. ***. clearly there was no compassion in selling the correct product to a chronic pensioner!!!
