Pennding status on Authroisation which is needed asap

Truely disappointed in choosing momentum as my medical aid, I am in desperate need of hospitalisation and momentum has put a pending status on the auth querying if i had this before when i clearly haven’t been to a gp in the longest time and secondly have never ever had this condition before this is truely disappointing to know that the medical aid you choose is not there for you in your time of need.
