Paying twice for a doctors appointment

I went to the doctor last year August and paid R1 400 cash, they advised that I can claim back from the medical aid once I send them the invoice. Invoice was sent to Momentum Health the following Monday and the R1 400 was deducted from our saving account and paid into my account.<br> We pay a certain amount of money into the savings account, it doesn't come from Momemtum itself .<br> Basically I paid the R1400 cash and they took R1400 from our saving - I paid R2 800 for a doctors appointment. I have spoken to about 5 different people and no-one understands what I mean and still arguing that it should be that way !! Pathetic !!
