PAYING MEDICAL AID FOR NOTHING

I go to a "network" hospital so that I can be covered by my medical aid, only to be told that Momentum Ingwe does not cover. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, being the first month of the year, I had to fork out R2000 for being in the hospital for about 4 hours. Had I known that I would need to pay as my medical aid does not cover, I wouldn't have gone so far, I would use a hospital that's not on your network and is literally 10 mins away from me.
