PAY WHAT YOU GET PAID FOR

<p>Last around this time I was admitted at Waterfall Netcare Hospital in Midrand with the authorization of Momentum Medical Aid. It was discovered that I was miscarrying...the hospital informed the medical aid and they authorized to have an emergency evacuation in theathre…come to pay Momentum decided to pay what they feel is right for them to pay leaving a staggering R5500.00 for me to foot the bill. And this was without the principal member s knowledge Mr. Mark Mphafudi ********** 441089...few moths after the hospital notified me that there is an outstanding amount of which my gynecologist Dr Mosethle told me that according to my condition the medical aid provider was supposed to pay in FULL because it was a critical emergency. I am so disgusted on how this matter was handled by momentum I spoke to about four people explaining my private ailments and opening old wounds to strangers over the phone and everyone of them will ask me the same silly question as if their system is note allowing them to take notes. Please pay this amount since you authorized this procedure if not you should have told beforehand that I must go die with my foetus somewhere....Or be professional and tell me then that this was not emergency I should go to your approved hospitals .... Stop bullying me and release those funds.
