Pay for Medical Aid plus your own bills!

So disappointed with Momentum and their service. I saw two DIFFERENT specialists on the same day- one specialist referred me to the other. I got notification that my second claim was rejected because the referring doctor was not on the network- but the referring doctors claim was PAID! After months of back and fourth, I got call call from ICT regarding the outstanding claim- when I called to followed up I was told that they won’t pay because the visits were done on the same day! Will momentum pay me for taking an extra day off just so they can pay out my claim? I’ve been so faithful with my medical aid installments... all to end up paying my own bills! @Momentum Health, be clear in your benefit brochure!
