Pathology runaround claim

Good morning. We are having such an issue with momentum health and my mums pathology test. On the 28th of August 2022 my mum went in for her six month blood tests at Lancet labs in mulbarton. Her network doctor referred her with the momentum ingwe blood test forms. In all the years my mum's blood tests were covered and now all if a sudden there is a co payment. I have been trying to sort this out with Lancet labs and momentum for two weeks now. Lancet labs claimed that there was no icd 10 codes and when we got that and asked them to resubmit, on the momentum chat phelokazi is still saying that the co payment is still applying because it is an out of network claim. It isnt an out 9f network claim We always do the same process and now we are liable for God knows what. Lancet resubmitted the claim. What is the problem? My mum isn't going to be held liable for something that is covered by this medical aid. I need urgent assistance on the matter. Reference number ***
