Pathetic Service to Expecting (Pregnant) Member
Pathetic service from Momentum Health.
My wife is pregnant and on the Ingwe plan. She registered for the maternaty plan. The list of gynecologist sent to her 90% of them does not do pregnancies. The 1 or 2 that does pregnancies does not deliver at the Network hospitals.
I have to pay out of my own pocket for visits to the gynecologist although we are paying a monthly membership for these benefits.
They cannot assit us at all and it is uneceptable.
The matter was brought under their attension a week ago, apperantly the matter was esculated but phoned this morning and still no assistance regarding this matter could be given.
Be warned this is the service you get as an Expecting (Pregnant) woman.

Got one phone call after complaint saying you will sort out problem and get back.
48 Hours have past and no assistance.
I would not recommed Momentum Health to anyone cause of the service a Expecting Member is recieving. Taking monthly payments and still I have to pay for services out of my pocket due to *********** services.
