Pathetic service from momentum health

Most probably the worst medical aid ever. My mother was in hospital for a back procedure the doctor, specialist and physio That have studied many years and assessed her condition recommended that she goes to stepdown facility. Momentum case manager override this decision and said she needs a nurse for 30 days we need to submit a quote. we submitted the quote now they only approve 5 days. I assume that their case managers has studied more that a doctor, specialist and physio, as they can asses my mothers condition without seeing her. You can not even get to talk to any of these managers as they are just untouchable. We waited two weeks for a walker as well my mother has been discharged and still we did not receive a walker. I bought it myself with in 1 day she had the walker. Unacceptable service from momentum medical aid.
