PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Honestly, how long can it possibly take to accept a medical aid application? My mom has been trying to get a medical aid though you people since 10 March and all we get all the time is "we will send feedback soonest". If you dont want to help her, just say so and we can go someplace else. Ridiculously bad service!!!! Imagine if it takes this long to apply how long it would take to get authorisation or payment done in emergencies. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST URGENTLY!!!!!!!!
