Pathetic service

Pathetic service I have received. I logged a query 2 weeks back about an amount taken from my health saver of R715 or so, for a delivery from medi post a service that is for free.

Till this day I have no received my money back or any response. This is disgusting as I pay a fee every month and they no cheap either.

I do not recommend this medical aid to anyone and I will be canceling since they clearly do not give a ****!
