Pathetic Service

This review is not worth any stars. I wrote a complaint on 18th June regarding issues experienced with member *** , where the administrator confirmed member was active and had benefits yet Momentum rejected the claim stating the member was not active at the time service was provided , no feedback has been given Cerys , its now almost a month. It cant take more than a few days to listen to phone call recordings
