Pathetic Poor Service from Momentum health4me
Momentum health4me is the is the worst medical aid scheme I have ever dealt with. Their disgusting and unhelpful Customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Trying to get a authorisation number for a doctor's visit is the most impossible thing to do. Hello Doctor is the worst resource and the overall experience with this joke of a scheme has been BAD!!! I right now need to take my sick 2yr old son to the doctor but it seems like I will have to let him DIE cause momentum couldn't give a ****!

13 Oct 2021, 15:28I am really disappointed in Momentum health4me medical scheme. It is now 15:25, my son is still sick and have not been able to take him to a doctor because apparently it is extremely complicated to pick up the phone and call me with an authorisation number.. Sorry but no amount of excuses can excuse this pathetic and poor service I have been given since last month. Thank you for nothing. Even after being called by you Roger nothing has happened. I will let you know when my son has taken a turn for the worst.
