Pathetic medical aid momentum is

Worse experience with this pathetic medical aid. I was admitted at lenmed hospital as I had a miscarriage, before going to the hospital I called requesting authorization numbers, the numbers were given and I went to hospital. Now I received bills for blood test and for going to casualty when Authorisation was given to go to the casualty. I have not been receiving a salary for 3months and now recently been retrenched by the most biggest company in the world. Not TERS or uif have been given and now this stupid madical aid is sending me bills.
