Pathetic medical aid

I have been with Momentum Health from 2015 and they are really slipping and offer the worst service I have ever experienced. My wife got registered on the Momentum Health Maternity Programme last year and they sent us a document stating that we will receive a goodie bag from Baby Yum Yum and they will contact us at 24 weeks to arrange the delivery. After 26 weeks I phoned Baby Yum Yum and they said we cannot get a bag because it is too late. I was furious and I phoned Baby Yum Yum again and spoke to a service consultant which explained that the problem is from Momentum's side and they will give me feedback before Friday 9 April and I still have not received feedback.

On top of that Momentum does not pay for anything and the amounts they pay are a joke. I would seriously advise anybody before you decide to have a baby consider another medical aid because Momentum Health is pathetic.
