<p>So. Its been the 2nd month having this med aid n my doctor books me in for admission.upon taking up the ingwe option I was advised there are no waiting periods...been to the hospital to get booked in and auth dept of momentum cannot provide me with an auth as they require clinical history...why does the medical aid wait for someone to land themselves in a situation like hospitalisation then ask for clinical records why isnt that requested upon registration for medical aid...further more the uploading of clinical records take upto 72 hours to upload...what now??? die at home???pathetic service...regret the day I joined!!!</p>
As per our discussion you were informed that if a twelve month clinical history is not available from your doctor, you would have to provide an affidavit in order for us to review our decision.
