What an absolute disaster .My son left for China in 2019 and cancelled his medical aid. Due to the stop payment on future debits, the last debit order was unfortunately unpaid.So for three years I did get a call from *** stating that my son is owing them R500.00. So for three years I am struggling to get an account number to deposit the funds. He has an annuity,life policy, had an investment that paid out September and still has more than enough in the wallet. But if you ask this people at the 031 for a bank account number ,they just say he owes us R500.00. Where the ****** hell must I deposit the funds????? I did totally loose it today and are moving my whole portfolio,my son's and my daughters to another company.
